Our hunting days begin at dawn. We have breakfast and then head out to the fields that our guides have carefully chosen for the day. As we search for doves, you will have a personal assistant at your disposal. He will provide whatever services are needed during the hunt, including supplying cartridges, providing cool beverages, collecting fallen birds,and collecting the empty shells. In the afternoon, we will have outdoor barbecue with the meat that Argentina is so famous for. The quality of the tender meat and the firewood in which it is roasted give off a unique flavor that combined with the excellent Argentine red wines, turn a simple meal into a gourmet feast. After lunch we suggest a relaxing siesta in the fields to recuperate before continuing our dove shooting. As the sun sets, we return to the warm comfort and service of the lodge.
